Join the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs on Sunday, August 25th for a Day of Action on Public Charge at Grocery Stores across the 5 boroughs.
The Public Charge rule released last week by the Trump Administration could impact hundreds of thousands of immigrant New Yorkers who could forgo their public benefits unnecessarily. We will be speaking to New Yorkers at the locations where many use their benefits–at grocery stores on Sundays.
