“On Aug. 12, 2019, USCIS announced its final rule defining the public charge ground of inadmissibility. The agency’s final rule will significantly alter the way USCIS officers screen for potential public charge of adjustment of status applicants or of nonimmigrants applying for an extension or change of status. It will soon affect applicants for an immigrant visa.
In this webinar, CLINIC presenters will review the final rule, its impact on immigrant families and immigration legal service providers, and take questions.
